Christophe Chatillon
Co-founder
Christophe Chatillon co-founded Wcube in 1995. Framfab, the leading European Interactive Agency, acquired Wcube in 2000. Publicis Group later acquired this company to strengthen its international network of agencies. Following Wcube acquisition, Christophe founded several startups in the fields of communication and mobile prior to co-founding Ubikod in 2008. He received a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris.
Laurent Lathieyre

Laurent Lathieyre co-founded Wcube in 1995 with Christophe Chatillon. Following Wcube’s acquisition, Laurent launched with Christophe several successful startups in the fields of communication and mobile prior to co-founding Ubikod in 2008. He received a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Sheffield.
Vincent Barat
Co-founder, CTO
Vincent Barat co-founded Ubikod after working several years for big and small companies like Alcatel and NexWave Solutions as a software engineer, software architect and product/production manager in France and Japan. His experiences range from integrating big systems to developing embedded devices software. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Digital Imaging.
Nicolas Gaume

After creating entertainment and utility software for the Apple II as a teenager, Nicolas Gaume founded in 1990, at the age of 19, Kalisto Entertainment, a video game development studio. Over its 12 years of life, Kalisto produced more than 50 titles for PC and consoles sold worldwide in partnership with publishers such as Sony, Activision, THQ, Konami, Namco or Vivendi Universal Games. Kalisto also worked with Orange to launch their mobile games efforts and with NCsoft and Tiscali on massively multiplayers projects. The company employed a staff of over 350 people in the USA, Japan and France.
Besides his Kalisto venture, Nicolas Gaume founded in 1994, NGM Productions, a children book publishing company in China. NGM published popular French series such as "Père Castor" (Flammarion) or "Les Incollables/Brain Quest" (Play Bac) between 1994 and 1999, when the company was sold.
He also invested, in 1995, one of the first French web agency, Wcube, sold to Swedish group, Framfab, and, in 2000, a wine promotion site, winealley.com.
He was board member of the French media group Sud-Ouest, of the TV animation production company, Xilam & of the German data management software publisher, NXN, sold in 2004 to Avid.
Between July 2002 and May 2005, Nicolas has worked as a consultant advising media group such as Lagardere Group and game companies such as Codemasters or Ubisoft, primarily on their development & partnerships strategies.
For three years, Nicolas Gaume was then Senior VP & GM of the mobile games & applications division of Cellfish Media, a Lagardere company.
In 2007, he founded with partner Sebastian Lombardo a new company, Mimesis Republic, focusing on the design, development and operation of virtual worlds and social networks.
He also currently serves as Chairman of the French national video game development school –ENJMIN- and as President of the French game developers association, SNJV.
Marc Braun

Marc Braun has started his carrier as auditor with Ernst and Young before holding CFO positions in various French hardware, software and Internet companies. He spent 10 years as CFO at LaCie a worldwide leader in computer storage peripherals. He helped to structure and transform a start up into a $M500 company in revenues and contributed to a successful IPO on the French stock market for High tech companies.
He holds a French degree in accounting and finance from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Strasbourg.
Laurent Herbillon

Laurent Herbillon spent several years in the Silicon Valley in the nineties, working for an engineering company. In 1998, he becomes head of the Business Planning and Regulations department at 9 Telecom Entreprises, he then joins Bouygues SA, the group holding, as VP Strategy and Development. In 2002, he leads the launch of i-mode, the first mass market multimedia offer in France, for Bouygues Telecom, in partnership with NTT DoCoMo. Then as SVP Services & Innovations of the 3thrd French operator, he has in charge the product & services marketing and manages the Kiosk and mobile payment business unit.
Laurent, as first President of the French Association For the Mobile Contactless Services (AFSCM) and as board member of the French Association For Mobile Multimedia (AFMM), took a leading role in the development of the mobile ecosystem in France. He graduated from the University of Paris Assas-Pantheon where he received a Master in Economics and Econometrics and a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance and hold a MBA from MIP-EDHEC business school. Laurent is 44, married and father of 3.
Jean Nunez

Jean Nunez achieved his Degree in engineering from INSA (Lyon) in 1974). He began his career staying abroad for more than 12 years (South America, Lebanon) where he was successively Professor of thermodynamics in Caracas, then Director of public telephone exchanges deployments in Colombia, Uruguay and Lebanon. Back to France, Jean takes the direction of software and hardware developments in rail and public telephony at Jeumont-Schneider. He then joined the Barphone company at Saumur (PBX, voice servers) as Director of Research & Development. In 1993, John joined SFR - at the start of the adventure of the GSM- as Director of technical development. Jean proposed the first technical strategic planning and implemented the industrial process operator for technical activities in relation with the market. Responsible for strategic relations with shareholders, he presented and defended the technology and organizational choices associated with the enormous investment in network and services. Then, Director of Upstream Studies, he established the relationships between SFR, Universities and research laboratories, in parallel with his presence at the RNRT (national network for research in Telecom- France) to anticipate future services developments and to stimulate innovation through original technology solutions keeping an eye on services efficiency and profitability.
Jean founded JNZ Conseil end 2006, independent consultant in management, strategy, project management, technology and business, Jean facilitates his customers’ development goals in the areas of Telecom innovation-based. He performed on behalf of OSEO, investors, the industry Ministry and the Ministry of research, expertise missions; he accompanied innovative SMEs managers and R&D decision-makers managers of the major operators in France.
During 2008-2010, Jean Nunez resided in Tripoli (Libya) as the ‘Telecommunications Authority’ personal adviser. Jean brought his strategic vision and implemented the liberalization of the NTIC domain in Libya (licensing process for fixed-mobile operator), provided advices to the Libyan Government (e-Government domain), and realized analysis and offers for strategic investments. Innovative, Jean is a dynamic, strategic forward-thinker with diplomatic, verbal negotiation skills of the highest order. His goal is to continue along his current path and lead his partners/clients to new and greater levels of achievement.
